Comfort nice room, nice facilities, friendly staff, central location (really near Altare della patria). No more issues with breakfast: they offer you breakfast in a nearby caffè.

The hotel is conveniently located near Termini Station, making it easy to access public transportation. It is also right on a bustling main street, providing a lively atmosphere. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The bathrooms have nice showers and some even have spa baths. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The breakfast, although light, is tasty and served to the room.
The hotel can be a bit difficult to find, as Google Maps places it at the wrong building.

Great position for transport links into Rome for all sights and the airport via Termini Stn. Always felt safe and secure inside the hotel and outside on the street. Two locked security doors before you even enter the lift. Very quiet, no noise during night. Rooms smart. Memory foam matress. Spa bath. Would recommend Esedra Inn as a great place to base a city break in Rome. A real hidden gem.
Breakfast area very small, but can choose to have in your room. Five floors up with a very small two person only lift, however a very small price to pay for the wonderful stay we had. Check out street view on Google maps before you leave to get a picture of the hotel, not the easiest of places to spot straight away.

Very nice rooms, very clean, very good location
no noise from outside, but due to poor isolation quite noisy from inside, so you hear noise from neighbors

I'm combining like and didn't like: The hotel is a B&B in a building which you enter through a courtyard. The name isn't posted outdoors so it's hard to know that you're there. I walked up 5 floors because it wasn't possible to know that there was a buzzer on the outside. The hotel has a lot of nice qualities but needs work- it's only a few months old. The rooms are nicely done but too much attention went to fancy whirlpools and showers and not enough to things like better air conditioning. But the potential is there and the people are very nice. It's pricey for what it is. I'd recommend it but would be pretty specific.

We loved our stay at the Esedra! It was a nice room with several unexpexted amenities at this price point such as Jacuzzi tub, large room, and an over the top shower.
Our only complaint is that the day staff spoke very little English. She tried very hard to help when asked but we had some confusion because of our language barrier. We speak almost no italian unfortunately. This issue we had was very minor and was taxi related and not related to the hotel itself. We will definitely stay here again. We really loved the hotel.
